Overnight Trip to Mount Moses and St.Catherine Monastery from Cairo

You will be picked up from your Hotel in Cairo at 03:00 by aprivate car and then drive to St.Catherine you will arrive after around 6 Hours. upon arrival you will check in a hotel  St Catherine Guest house ,The Guest house situated inside the Monastery. Free afternoon,Dinner will be served in the Hotel

At about 2:00 am in the early morning you will be taken from your hotel by your bedoun guide who will assist you to climb Mount Sinai  Mount Sinia:  Mount where Moses received the 10 Commandments . Get stunning views of the Sinai Desert at sunrise from the top of Mount Sinai.


 Descend the the mountain about 7:00 am the you will be transferd to St.Catherine's Monastery to visit the Monastery and the museum .The monastery contains many churches, including the main church (the Church of the Transfiguration),where we will find Moses tree that caught fire ,It was named after the place where the prophet Moses saw fire. the sacred place where the Prophet Moses received the 10 commandments.

The monastery is considered one of the most famous monasteries in the world. The monastery was dedicated to one of Alexander’s rulers, St Catherine, who was tortured to death for the sake of her new faith.

back to your Hotel to get shower and enjoy the breakfast then drive back to Cairo arrive about 03:00 pm .
